Packaging Options

6-Pin Uncooled
Compound Photonics high-reliability 808, 915, 940 and 976 nm diode lasers are in an uncooled hermetic package. This laser is ideal for a wide range of applications, including pumping fiber lasers, diode-pumped solid state lasers (DPSS), uncooled fiber amplifiers; direct material processing; and light-initiated ordnance (LIO).
14-Pin Cooled
Compound Photonics industrial- grade 808 and 976 nm and Telcordia-qualified 976 nm high- power multimode diode lasers are ideal for cladding-pumped EDFAs and DPSS applications. The hermetically-sealed, epoxy-free 14-pin package with integrated thermoelectric cooler allows ease of use through user-controlled temperature tuning.
Chip-On-Carrier
Compound Photonics’ low profile chip-on-carrier family of high-power multimode diode lasers provide high brightness and power with exceptional reliability.
